WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders placed before 11am AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or on Victorian or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next business day.

We use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) is a flat rate of $10 and Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is $15. 

All domestic orders over $150 AUD are eligible for Free Standard Shipping.

REST OF THE WORLD

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Orders over $500 AUD are eligible for free shipping. Depending on your country, the Standard shipping fee will vary from approximately $15 AUD and $30 AUD, and the Express Shipping fee between $20 AUD and $35 AUD.

Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

  • The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia
  • Duties charged for processing by your country

Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authorities. These charges are to be paid upon the arrival of your parcel. HEY JEY, is an Australian business and therefore has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable by the receiver/customer. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

If you wish to return your purchased product, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns.

All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time dispatch. For tracking enquiries, please contact DHL.

Returns Policy

CHANGE OF MIND

If you do have a change of mind about the item you’ve purchased – or if it doesn’t fit the way you had hoped, you’re welcome to return it. However, you must notify HEY JOEY within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a return, please email hello@heyjoey.co with ‘Return’ in the subject line. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. HEY JOEY does not offer refunds. You will be required to issue shipment of your return item within another 7 days from when you have received communication and advice from a HEY JOEY team member. 

Please note, should you wish to return your items, HEY JOEY does not cover shipping costs.

FAULTS OR DISCREPENCIES

We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or sizing issues within 7 days of receiving your order. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via hello@heyjoey.co where upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund, replacement or repair. 

HEY JOEY cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on "Sale" are FINAL and we will not except any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items. We ask you to please choose wisely before making your purchase.
